The power station lays flat with the table surface when not in use and a spring loaded hinge allows the entire face to angle upwards with one touch to access connections. The front of the unit includes (2) three-prong outlets with a 125V 12A rating, (2) USB charging ports, (1) Ethernet port, (1) VGA connection and (1) HDMI coupler. The rear of the unit has both an outgoing VGA and HDMI port and an outgoing Ethernet port. No extra hardware is required- simply plug in the included 10-foot cord into a standard three-prong wall outlet. The tabletop is constructed of an Mahogany thermal fused melamine laminate that is scratch, stain and scald resistant.
